This registration page is for organizations, groups, and participants entering the Mardi Gras Parade as part of the City of El Centro’s annual Mardi Gras Parade & Street Festival.
The Mardi Gras Parade is a vibrant community tradition featuring festive floats, marching bands, dance groups, cultural organizations, and creative community entries as it winds through downtown El Centro.
Following the parade, the Street Festival continues with live entertainment, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.
Festival attendance is free and open to the public and does not require registration.
Only parade participants are required to register through this form.
Required Documents Notice
To complete your Mardi Gras Parade Entry, you must submit one of the following:
A signed Liability Waiver for all participants, or
A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming:
Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, Los Vigilantes, and the City of El Centro

Parade begins at 6:00 PM.
Parade participants will receive separate arrival and staging times prior to the event.
The Mardi Gras Parade route runs along Main Street in Downtown El Centro, with designated staging areas for registered parade participants. Detailed staging locations, arrival instructions, and route maps will be shared with approved parade entries prior to the event. The parade route and festival area are ADA accessible.
All parade entries are subject to review and approval.
Submission of this form does not guarantee placement in the parade.
This registration fee applies to PARADE ENTRIES ONLY. General admission to the Mardi Gras Parade & Street Festival is free and open to the public and does not require registration. All registered parade entries are required to submit one of the following: • A completed Liability Waiver signed by all participants, or Parade participants may also be required to submit a brief description or script for parade announcers.
• A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, Los Vigilantes, and the City of El Centro as additionally insured.
